Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days. For prescription lenses, please allow an additional 3 to 7 days for our technicians to custom-craft your lenses with precision.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your frames, you can return them for a full refund or exchange, even if they have prescription lenses.
Can I use my own prescription?
Absolutely. You can upload a photo of your prescription during checkout, or if you don't have it handy, you can send it to our customer care team via email after placing your order.
