Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Frames
Place the glasses in their original protective case and box, ensuring all accessories like the microfiber cloth are included to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or new pair will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
